“For the church to evangelize the world without thinking of the Jews is like a bird trying to fly with one broken wing.”—Franz Delitzsch
We have been asked, “Why the Jewish people?” Or, “What if I don’t live near many Jewish people?” The first part of the answer is found in Matthew 28:19, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations…” and the second part is found in Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” Since the Bible promotes Jewish evangelism, it must be something to understand and support. Our Jewish evangelism presentation covers Jewish sensitivities to the gospel, basic talking points on sharing the gospel with Jewish people, and how to answer Jewish objections to the gospel. There may be time for questions and answers, too!
