The Joy of Giving

Shalom and Happy New Year! I hope you had a joy-filled Christmas or Hanukkah celebration. Or, if you are like me, both! As a Messianic Jew, I have the joy of celebrating both holidays.
The two holidays have so much in common, lots of lights, the celebration of freedom and of course both Hanukkah and Christmas took place in the Holy Land!
And at the end of this year my heart turns to Israel.
I am often asked if Israel is safe. I would say that the average Israeli is concerned with the increase in “personal terrorism” we have seen over the last few years: stabbings, shootings, bombs placed in public areas and most recently, the starting of forest fires.
On a larger scale, we understand that Israel is surrounded by nations seeking her destruction. There are even those within Israel’s borders hoping for the same. Seen through the lens of Scripture, we believe this hostility may be viewed as a sign marking the soon return of the Lord. Passages like Zechariah 12:1-10 and Jeremiah 30:7 predict that trouble is coming!
This is why our bringing the Gospel to the Jewish people in Israel and across the globe is so urgent! Israelis are looking for help…from man, but also from God. We have seen more Israelis open to Jesus in the past 12 months than in all of my 45 years of Jewish ministry!
Your financial support is needed at this moment, as we will be opening our new Tel Aviv Center in January! Praise God for this.
All that you give will go towards helping us reach Jewish people around the world for the Messiah.
Thanks again for your support throughout the year…now help us begin the New Year with the funds to hit the ground running!
Yours in Messiah,
Dr. Mitch Glaser
President
P.S. If you have already given, thank you. I am grateful! But if you have not given yet, or if God is leading you to give again, your generous year-end online donation now will make a big impact.
